This farm includes a stately historic brick farmhouse complete with four sizable bedrooms with closets, high ceilings, wide pine floors, and two well-appointed bathrooms. Ayers Brook Goat Dairy Farm
Ayers Brook Goat Dairy is a fully operational farm located on some of the best farmland in Vermont and just minutes from downtown Randolph and I-89. Currently, they milk over 200 CAE-free goats and are raising 200 replacement doelings and breeding bucks. Ayers Brook has invested heavily in Saanen genetics over the years, importing semen from the top breeders worldwide. With facilities that can accommodate 600+ milkers year round, barns for young stock, and a beautiful, historic farmhouse on site, this farm is poised to become one of the largest goat dairies in the Northeast.
An Additional Apartment
This farm also features a very spacious two-bedroom living quarters on the third floor with a separate entrance off the back of the house. Currently, it is utilized for farm labor housing and creates an attractive benefit for labor retention. This farm has a reputation for attracting some of the strongest talent in the area because of this and other benefits of working on the farm. The apartment is metered separately for easily separating costs. There is a sitting porch out front and a wonderful picture window for westerly views down the valley.
